Because Boosters are designed to be used in combination with our protective underwear to increase absorbency. These contoured boosters are topped with a soft cotton-like material and quickly wick moisture away and keep it locked in. Unlike pads, boosters do not have a plastic backing so that liquid can flow through into the underwear below when the booster is full.
Many of our customers talk about how they place a pad in their underwear to increase absorbency, but a booster is a better choice as it is designed to work with the underwear to increase total absorbency. Boosters can be replaced when they are full but haven’t soaked through to the underwear. This can reduce costs as a replacement booster is less expensive than a new pair of underwear.
A booster is a great choice to increase absorbency when traveling with limited bathroom breaks, or overnight when overnight underwear cannot contain all the liquid. Our Maximum boosters hold more than 4 cups of liquid and is available in white.
